CERTIFICATION COMPLIANCE AND MANAGEMENT

As part of its Yacht Management Service, AWS-Yacht Management will ensure that your Yacht and the systems and procedures associated with her operation at all times comply with:

ISM; The IMO International Security Management Code.

ISPS; The IMO International Security and Port Safety Code.

Pollution Prevention (MARPOL); Administration/Port State requirements for dealing with oily bilge water retention and disposal.

Emergency and Response Issues Management; AWS-Yacht Management ensure procedures are set in place for responding to any emergency situation with minimal disruption to Owners or Yacht operations.
