This review is used to determine future spend profiles taking into account the comparison with budget and Vessels specific requirements.
The accounts section within AWS-Yacht Management section operate a comprehensive system of Cost Analysis which enables them to advise Owners, Vessel Superintendents, the Purchasing team and the Vessel Staff on cost control.
During the production of budgets Superintendents, Vessel Staff, Purchasing Team and Owners are consulted to determine the appropriate budget required.
