COST REPORTS

AWS-Yacht Management accounting team analyse monthly costs and a variance analysis against budget is produced for review by the Fleet Director/Manager Superintendents and Owners in whatever format required by Owners. This review is used to determine future spend profiles taking into account the comparison with budget and Vessels specific requirements.

COST ANALYSIS AND CONTROL

The accounts section within AWS-Yacht Management section operate a comprehensive system of Cost Analysis which enables them to advise Owners, Vessel Superintendents, the Purchasing team and the Vessel Staff on cost control.

BUDGETS

During the production of budgets Superintendents, Vessel Staff, Purchasing Team and Owners are consulted to determine the appropriate budget required.

ACCOUNTING

AWS-Yacht Management can produce accounts in whatever format agreed by Owners.

INSURANCE

The various insurance requirements of high valued yachts need placing in a specialised market and additional expertise to that of commercial vessels. Andrew Weir Shipping has access to the market and the knowledge and experience to ensure that all risks and liabilities are correctly and adequately insured at competetive rates.
